Sunflower Oil

Sunflower oil is extracted from the seeds of the sunflower, Helianthus Annuus.

There are three main varieties of sunflower oil: linoleic, mid oleic and high oleic. The fatty acid composition of mid and high oleic sunflower oil lends itself to high heat applications, whereas linoleic is high in polyunsaturated fats and is suitable for low heat applications. Sunflower oil is a versatile oil suitable for use in a broad range of industrial food production applications: snacks, dressings, plant-based foods. We sell organic versions of sunflower oil and have a 1 IBC per shipment minimum.
